Hypnosis is a therapeutic method to communicate with the subconscious.
Our subconscious accounts for approx. 95 % of our control, the consciousness, the mind, only approx. 5 %!
This means that we predominantly live our patterns, which we have learned (subconsciously) throughout our lives.
Since these are not always beneficial to our health, hypnosis in deep relaxation gives us access to communicate with our subconscious and activate new patterns of behaviour and discard old ones.
