Classical acupuncture

Stimulate your own body precisely: classical acupuncture.

Acupuncture is the common name for the thousands of years old Chinese healing method "chen-chin" = stinging and burning. Acupuncture can have a healing effect on acute and chronic disorders, pain, exhaustion, allergies or addiction problems.

"chen" is the treatment of disorders with the help of metal needles that are inserted into selected skin points and deeper tissue layers. In this way the body learns through repeated treatments (like learning vocabulary) to reactivate the self-healing powers.

The points are distributed over the whole body (body acupuncture) or in certain body regions, e.g. on the auricle (ear acupuncture).

"chin" means the targeted supply of heat to acupuncture points by burning dried mugwort leaves (Artemisia vulgaris), also known as "moxa".

In order to be able to practice acupuncture in a qualified manner, many years of training are required. The currently highest possible qualification, the "B-Diploma", has been acquired by Dr. med. Nischwitz.
